Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using PeepMyPage.com or any of its related Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PeepMyPage.com governing your access to and use of the Services. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
August 8, 2026
Welcome to PeepMyPage.com ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeepMyPage.com website, applications, project forums, messaging features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
PeepMyPage.com is a social platform that allows members to discover projects, share project ideas, identify areas where they are seeking participation, and communicate with other members who may be interested in those projects.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that:
- you are at least 16 years old;
- the information you provide to us is truthful and accurate;
- you will keep your account information reasonably current;
- you are legally permitted to use the Services; and
- you will comply with these Terms and applicable law.
We may require additional age or identity verification before permitting you to create an account or access particular features.
If we determine that an individual under 16 has created an account, we may suspend or terminate the account and take appropriate action concerning associated information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Members who are 16 or 17 years old may be subject to additional safeguards or feature restrictions.
2 Accounts and Identity Verification
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or provide your account to another person.
PeepMyPage.com requires members to complete an identity-verification process. The information required may include legal name, date of birth, government-issued identification, photographs, contact information, or other information reasonably necessary to verify identity.
You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and verification. You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- use another person's identity or identification documents;
- submit fraudulent verification information;
- circumvent age or identity verification; or
- create or use another account to evade enforcement.
We may use third-party service providers to perform identity verification. The collection, use, retention, protection, and disclosure of verification information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
3 How the Platform Works
Members may create projects and identify focus areas in which they are seeking discussion, participation, ideas, or potential collaborators.
Other members may participate by posting messages in the discussion forum associated with a project and its focus areas.
The Platform facilitates communication between members but does not become a party to relationships or arrangements formed between them.
Participation in a project does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other legal relationship between members.
We do not guarantee that:
- a project will receive participants;
- a member will find a collaborator;
- a collaboration will occur or succeed;
- information provided by a member is accurate; or
- any project will achieve a particular result.
Members are responsible for evaluating projects and other members and for deciding whether to participate.
4 Project Creators and Project Content
Project creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their projects, including their project descriptions and focus areas.
A project may not be used to:
- misrepresent its purpose;
- intentionally deceive members;
- collect unnecessary personal information;
- solicit prohibited financial information;
- facilitate unlawful activity; or
- circumvent these Terms.
Project creators may establish reasonable participation requirements for their projects provided those requirements do not conflict with these Terms or applicable law.
PeepMyPage.com does not determine whether a project is legitimate, commercially viable, professionally appropriate, or suitable for any particular member.
5 Member Conduct
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- violate applicable law;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- provide fraudulent or materially misleading identity information;
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another member;
- engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct;
- sexually exploit, groom, solicit, or endanger a minor;
- publish another person's private or sensitive information without authorization;
- use the Services for fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive activity;
- distribute malware or other malicious software;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
- scrape, harvest, or collect member information without authorization;
- use bots or automated systems without our permission;
- send spam or unrelated solicitations;
- knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights;
- use a project primarily to obtain personal information from members;
- encourage another member to circumvent age, identity, safety, or security requirements;
- evade a suspension, termination, or other enforcement action; or
- assist another person in violating these Terms.
We may restrict or remove activity that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates a significant risk to members, the Platform, or others.
6 Personal and Financial Information
This includes, without limitation:
- bank-account information;
- credit or debit card numbers;
- payment details;
- payment-account credentials;
- financial-account passwords;
- security codes or authentication codes; and
- other information that could be used to access or control a person's financial account.
You may not use the Services to arrange or facilitate financial transactions between members, including payments, loans, investments, or transfers.
Members are responsible for protecting their own personal information and should not share information through the Services that is unnecessary for participating in a project.
7 In-Person Meetings and Personal Safety
You must not meet that person one-on-one, whether the meeting occurs in a public or private location.
We strongly encourage both participants to bring a companion so that a typical first meeting includes at least four people.
You may not pressure, encourage, or manipulate another member into disregarding this requirement.
This requirement applies regardless of the location or purpose of the meeting.
Following this requirement does not eliminate all risks associated with meeting another person. You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment concerning your own safety.
If you believe a planned interaction presents a safety risk, do not attend and report the concern to us when appropriate.
8 User Content
Members may post project descriptions, ideas, focus areas, discussion messages, photographs, documents, designs, code, links, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of User Content that you own.
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant PeepMyPage.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that doing so does not knowingly violate another person's rights or applicable law.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9 Projects, Ideas, and Confidentiality
The Services allow members to publicly discuss project ideas.
You are responsible for deciding what information to disclose.
Do not post information that you are legally or contractually prohibited from disclosing, including trade secrets, confidential business information, private credentials, or another person's confidential information.
If members require confidentiality, they are responsible for establishing appropriate confidentiality obligations independently, including through a separate nondisclosure agreement where appropriate.
PeepMyPage.com does not determine whether an idea, invention, design, or other material is confidential, protectable, or otherwise subject to intellectual-property rights.
10 Intellectual Property and Collaboration
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your project, idea, invention, design, code, writing, or other User Content to PeepMyPage.com.
Likewise, participating in another member's project does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights between members.
Members are responsible for determining ownership, licensing, attribution, compensation, confidentiality, and other rights associated with their collaborations.
If members intend to jointly create intellectual property or otherwise establish legal or financial rights between themselves, they should establish those arrangements in an appropriate written agreement.
You may not knowingly use the Services to infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.
11 Prohibited Projects
Projects may not be created or used to facilitate:
- unlawful activity;
- fraud or financial crimes;
- trafficking or exploitation;
- sexual exploitation;
- unauthorized access to computer systems;
- malicious cyber activity;
- unlawful surveillance;
- unlawful weapons or explosives activity;
- illegal drug activity;
- schemes intended to obtain members' personal or financial information;
- activities intended to circumvent age or identity requirements; or
- other activities that violate applicable law or present an unreasonable risk of harm.
We may remove or restrict projects that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a significant risk to members or the Platform.
12 Safety of Minors
The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old.
Members may not use the Services to exploit, groom, sexually solicit, manipulate, or otherwise endanger a minor.
You may not encourage a minor to circumvent the Platform's age, identity, privacy, or safety requirements or pressure a minor into an unsafe interaction or meeting.
Additional protections may apply to members under 18.
13 Reporting and Moderation
Members may report content or conduct that they believe violates these Terms through:
support@peepmypage.com
We may use member reports, automated systems, human review, security systems, identity-verification information, and other reasonable methods to enforce these Terms and protect the Services.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- remove or restrict User Content;
- issue warnings;
- restrict communication or other features;
- require additional verification;
- suspend an account;
- terminate an account;
- prevent the creation of additional accounts; or
- report suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
We do not guarantee that all violations will be detected or prevented.
If you believe there is an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service rather than relying solely on a Platform report.
14 Suspension, Termination, and Appeals
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- violate these Terms;
- provide materially false identity information;
- circumvent verification;
- violate the Platform's safety requirements;
- solicit or exchange prohibited financial information;
- engage in harassment, exploitation, fraud, or other prohibited conduct;

We may take immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect members, minors, the public, or the Platform.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Appeals may be submitted through:
An appeal should explain why you believe the enforcement decision was incorrect and provide relevant information.
15 Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle:
- account information;
- identity-verification information;
- information concerning members under 18;
- User Content;
- security information;
- retention and deletion; and
- disclosures to service providers and other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable privacy or data-protection law.
16 Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party providers for functions such as identity verification, hosting, security, communications, analytics, or other technical services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent practices of third parties except as required by applicable law.
17 Availability of the Services
We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Services, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
18 Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- THE IDENTITY, CHARACTER, OR CONDUCT OF ANY MEMBER;
- THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF MEMBER-PROVIDED INFORMATION;
- THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGITIMACY OF ANY PROJECT;
- THAT A MEMBER WILL ACT HONESTLY OR APPROPRIATELY;
- THAT A PROJECT WILL RECEIVE PARTICIPANTS;
- THAT A COLLABORATION WILL SUCCEED;
- THAT USER CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE;
- THAT AN IN-PERSON MEETING WILL BE SAFE; OR
- THAT THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
Identity verification is not a background check, endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a member.
19 Member Relationships
You are solely responsible for your interactions and relationships with other members.
PeepMyPage.com is not a party to agreements or relationships formed between members and does not act as an employer, agent, broker, investment adviser, payment intermediary, or representative of any member.
Any employment, partnership, business arrangement, collaboration, intellectual-property arrangement, or other relationship between members is solely between those members.
We are not responsible for disputes between members.
20 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Media Press Kit, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS ARISING FROM MEMBER INTERACTIONS, PROJECTS, COLLABORATIONS, USER CONTENT, IN-PERSON MEETINGS, MEMBER DISPUTES, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER MEMBER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21 Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Media Press Kit, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Content;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- your unlawful conduct;
- your misuse of the Services; or
- your interactions or dealings with another member.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.
22 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law is required to apply.
Before bringing a legal claim against Media Press Kit, LLC, you agree to contact us at:
and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as set out in "Exceptions to Arbitration" below, you and Media Press Kit, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, on the terms set out in this Section 22.
Arbitration Rules and Provider. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in Douglas, Colorado, or, at your election, by videoconference or telephone.
Arbitration Fees. Payment of arbitration fees will be governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, which generally limit the filing fee a consumer must pay and allocate the remaining administrative and arbitrator fees to Media Press Kit, LLC for consumer claims.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND Media Press Kit, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Media Press Kit, LLC agree otherwise, an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions to Arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not require arbitration of:
- a claim that either party is entitled to bring in small claims court;
- a claim for injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property or confidential information; or
- any claim that, under applicable federal law -- including the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2022 -- cannot be subject to mandatory pre-dispute arbitration, including a claim alleging conduct that constitutes sexual assault or sexual harassment, at the election of the party asserting that claim.
Severability of This Section. If the Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief will proceed in court, severed from the remainder of this arbitration agreement. If any other part of this Section 22 is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Section 22 will remain in effect, and any dispute not subject to arbitration will proceed under "Governing Law and Dispute Resolution" above, including the venue described there.
23 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice reasonably calculated to inform affected members.
The revised Terms will identify their effective date.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24 General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Media Press Kit, LLC regarding the Services.
