Collaboration Forum
Welcome! This is a structured space designed to help teams organize projects, share ideas, and work together to move initiatives forward. Understanding how it works can be the difference between clarity and confusion, alignment and misdirection, progress and delay. With that stated, please find the time to read this file.
The Collaboration Forum helps teams move from a broad project goal to specific focus areas and meaningful discussions that support progress.
Understanding the Forum Structure
At the top of each forum is the main project being focused on. This represents the overall goal, initiative, or area of work that participants are collaborating on.
Focus areas divide the larger project into specific topics, goals, challenges, or areas requiring attention.
Planning and strategy
Research and information gathering
Challenges and solutions

Ideas and improvements
Discussions are where collaboration happens. Participants can share ideas, ask questions, provide feedback, and contribute information related to a specific focus area.
How to Participate

Review existing discussions before creating a new one.
Create clear, meaningful discussions when needed.

Best Practices
Stay focused on the project goal.
Use clear discussion titles.
Build on ideas shared by others.
Keep conversations respectful and constructive.
Organize information where it belongs.
The Goal of the Collaboration Forum
By organizing collaboration into projects, focus areas, and discussions, teams can capture ideas, solve problems, and make meaningful progress together.
Managing Projects
You can manage your project forum using the options available from the pen icon next to the project title.
Active/Inactive - Change your project's visibility. Active projects are visible to the community and open to collaborators. Inactive projects are hidden from the community and locked from further activity, but you and your collaborators can still access the project forum to view its history.
Edit - Update your project's title, description, materials, and other details at any time.
Delete - Permanently remove your project and its history. You can delete a project only if no collaborators have posted in the project forum. Once collaborators have contributed, the project can be permanently deleted only with the approval of all collaborators. If you no longer wish to recruit collaborators and lock the project from further activity, set the project to Inactive instead.
Managing Collaborators and Comments
Removing Collaborators - You may remove a collaborator from your project at any time, for any reason. Removing a collaborator also removes their comments from the project forum. However, those comments remain in the collaborator's personal comment history.
Managing Comments - You cannot delete a collaborator's comments individually. However, you can make them Private, which hides them from all other users. Private comments remain visible only to their author.
Community Standards
Projects may be suspended or removed and require changes if they violate the community guidelines, contain prohibited or inappropriate content, misrepresent their purpose, infringe on the rights of others, or otherwise fail to meet community expectations.
Projects containing any of the following may be permanently removed without notice:
Content that threatens the safety of others.
Discriminatory, hateful, or prejudicial content.
Inflammatory, offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate language or material.
Any other content that violates the community guidelines or applicable platform policies.
If your project is suspended with instructions for required changes, it must be reviewed before it can be reinstated.
